Blending traditional talk therapy with alternative techniques, I develop a customized approach for each client. I believe there are several options for healing that offer alternatives to traditional medication.

I have extensive training and experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting and relationship issues. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I incorporate health practices such as nutrition, sleep hygiene and stress management into my work with clients. I have a warm, compassionate style and have been told that clients find it is easy to talk to me. I accept clients where they are and will work toward their individual goals at their pace.
